tobbacoto14
This is just a test of software that I made (probability sequencing language for csound), the instrument is off the csound instrument disk but probily isn't the best example frequency wise.. I will release some other stuff on my site (songs from executables in free basic) while I explore mml (music macro language) and try to recreate it in a command independent way. You can also listen to it without downloading it there if you perfer.

Sun Rising
I was a bit resilient about posting my first ever Csound composition on the podcast here, but then I decided it might be a fun way to make an appearance on this website and introduce myself to the community. In posing excuses for the simplicity of my composition, I'll be hiding behind the fact that I am still a total newb with this program. Cool. Putting that aside, I wrote the song with some simple instruments I made out of basic oscilator opcodes, and I played around with filters and envelopes.

FMILY
FMILY is my latest piece, and is a just intonation experiment using a single operator FM synth, done with blue. This is my first piece composed using only Jython, both Pmask and my own code.

FMain Street
This is the first little piece I did to get back into blue, and mainly features Fossil a simple automation-controlled foscili synth. With Fossil I was trying to create a synth that could do something similar to the early FM pieces by fellow Canadian Barry Truax. Well, the song is not much like his pieces, but the idea of the continuous control automation style synth is something I did want to try.
I will pop up a copy of Fossil on blueshare.
