I created this piece of music in less than 6 hours using only sounds from the Csound Catalog.
I used kontakt as a sampler for many of the instruments and I used Pro Tools as my main DAW.

This is a very experimental piece, attempting creation of a tuning progression using 11-TET, 12-TET, and 13-TET in a repeating pattern. The sonic backdrop for this is a cellular automata based drone machine, which can be heard alone in the starting section. The drone is non-repeating and overlaps sections of the various tunings, blurring the transitions. The bell/piano-like tones are additive pseudo-harmonic and adjust timbre to the tuning. To further complicate the sonic spectrum a granular synth with some pitch randomization is added in the middle section.
